Description: We'll hike the length of the watershed of Redwood Creek with its many tributaries on the French Trail. We'll hike down to the creek itself on the Orchard Trail. We'll hike along the creek and its redwood groves on the Stream Trail, stopping for lunch at one of the picnic areas. We'll return to our starting point.
Bring / Wear: Bring water, layered clothing, lunch, sunscreen, hiking boots and hiking poles if you use them.
Rain Policy: Canceled in the event of heavy rain.
Dogs: Dogs are allowed off leash on the first half of the hike, but must be leashed on the Stream Trail, a protected salmon habitat.

Total Driving Distance (round trip): 36 miles (SF), 12 miles (Rockridge BART).
Carpool Fees (per passenger): $7 (SF) or $2 (Rockridge BART).
NOTE: I'll reach out to those registered who have indicated that they need/want a ride or can take passengers. If you need to contact me for whatever reason, please do so before Friday @ 3:00 pm the day before the hike.
