2001 Market St. @ Dolores (on the Dolores St. side); parking on the street or below.
Please only show up at Whole Foods if you've arranged to meet your ride or driver there.

Rating:  A fairly easy Level-3

Description: For a relaxing hike the morning after the Holiday Party, this is an appealing loop with deep shade along beautiful Redwood Creek, a gradual climb on Miwok trail, and a sunny trail with fabulous views down Dias Ridge. Finish the day after the hike with a beer at the Pelican Inn, or a walk along Muir Beach.

PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU NEED A RIDE AND/OR CAN TAKE A PASSENGER, AND WHAT YOUR COMFORT LEVEL IS REGARDING PASSENGERS.

Bring / Wear:  Water, lunch, sunscreen and a hat for the exposed sections, and layers for a winter hike.

Weather Policy:  Hike will take place rain or shine

Alternate Meeting Place: Meet along Muir Woods Road (on some signs "Frank's Valley Rd") near the junction with Hwy 1. Lots of parking on the north side. Take 101 across the Golden Gate Bridge to hwy 1. Continue down to Muir Beach. Turn right at Muir Woods road, and park right away on the left side of the road.  Google Maps Link
